In the 1600’s Apothecaries were using small copper stills to make non-alcoholic herbal remedies. This alchemy was documented in The Art of Distillation published in London in the year 1651 and is now re-purposed for the modern day. Mother Earth is gracious, precious and ingenious. In honour of this wild and natural world, the finest ingredients are harvested and individually distilled to capture nature’s true spirit. Founded by Ben in his kitchen in the woods, with a copper still and copy of The Art of Distillation to continue his family’s 300 year farming ancestry and change the way the world drinks.
Inspired by the English countryside, Seedlip Garden 108 is a blend of copper-pot distillates including handpicked peas and hay from the founder’s family farm and traditional herbs including spearmint, rosemary & thyme. Boasting a sophisticated profile with strong green and floral top notes.
